Owner chef Shono, who has studied only Japanese cuisine for over 20 years since he was 23, has created a restaurant based on Japanese cuisine.

I create Japanese cuisine that makes the most of my own creative sense.

While staying true to the basics, the dishes that recreate the traditions of Japanese cuisine highlight the deliciousness of the soup stock and the taste of the ingredients.

In addition, the owner, who is also a wine sommelier, offers drink pairings that match the food with Japanese sake and Japanese wine.

In addition, the ceramics and works of art created by various Japanese potters of the same generation as the owner further enhance the splendor of the cuisine.

The ingredients that form the basis of the cuisine are unique treasures created by Japanese producers.
